Tonal is seeking a Showroom Sales Supervisor to enhance client experiences in their Walnut Creek retail store. You'll develop product knowledge and lead initiatives to exceed sales goals. This role requires a passion for fitness and operational excellence.
You have a passion for fitness and a dedication to providing exceptional client experiences — you understand the importance of operational excellence in a retail environment. You are eager to develop a deep knowledge of Tonal’s innovative products and technology, ensuring you can effectively communicate their benefits to clients. You thrive in a team setting, modeling and educating your peers on best practices for client service and sales. Experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus, as is familiarity with fitness technology. You are comfortable using tools like Salesforce to maintain client information and track interactions, ensuring a seamless client experience. You are adaptable and open to taking on various initiatives assigned by the Showroom Leader, including recruiting, training, and event planning.
In this role, you will report to the Broadway Plaza Showroom Leader and play a crucial part in creating an excellent client experience at Tonal’s retail store. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of Tonal’s product offerings, technology, and brand image, which will enable you to effectively engage with clients and answer their questions. You will focus on activities that drive sales and enhance the overall client experience, working collaboratively with your team to achieve business goals. You will model exceptional client service, guiding your team in creating impactful in-store experiences that resonate with customers.
You will also be involved in various initiatives assigned by the Showroom Leader, which may include recruiting new team members, training existing staff on best practices, and planning events that promote Tonal’s products. Your role will require you to utilize Salesforce to maintain accurate client information, ensuring that all interactions are documented and that you can follow up effectively. You will be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings, allowing you to provide valuable insights to your team and contribute to Tonal’s success.
