What you'll do

As a Customer Success Specialist at PolicyMe, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers throughout their life insurance journey. You will be responsible for policy servicing tasks, ensuring that clients receive timely and accurate information regarding their policies. You will collaborate with our Advisor Team to ensure that clients receive the best possible support and guidance.
