You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in the financial technology or digital asset sectors — your experience includes engaging with high-profile clients and driving significant revenue growth. You understand the complexities of digital assets and blockchain technology, and you can articulate their value to potential customers. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders is exceptional, and you thrive in environments where you can influence strategic decisions. You are passionate about the digital asset space and are eager to contribute to a company that is at the forefront of this industry.

Desirable

Experience working with institutional clients or large financial organizations is a plus — you understand their unique needs and challenges. Familiarity with blockchain technology and digital asset infrastructure will set you apart, as will any previous roles that required a deep understanding of compliance and security in financial transactions.

What you'll do

As the Sales Director at Fireblocks, you will lead the sales strategy for our Payments division, focusing on expanding our client base among financial institutions and Web3 companies.
