What you'll do

In this role, you will manage 360-degree marketing programs for WEBTOON products, focusing on the WEBTOON Unscrolled imprint and merchandise lines. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Integrated Marketing to develop and execute marketing strategies that engage WEBTOON's passionate fandoms. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and consulting with licensees to ensure successful product launches. You will play a key role in shaping the WEBTOON Consumer Goods business by leveraging insights from WEBTOON and Wattpad's combined audience. You will also be responsible for consumer outreach efforts, ensuring that marketing initiatives align with audience interests and preferences. Your role will require you to be hands-on in the execution of marketing plans, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
