What you'll do

As an Associate in the Client Service team, you will be responsible for sourcing US-based experts to meet the needs of clients in Asia. Your role will involve collaborating with colleagues across different regions to ensure that clients receive the insights they require to inform their decisions. You will engage with top-tier client organizations, including investors, strategists, and dealmakers, to understand their needs and deliver expert insights effectively.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing multiple projects, communicating with clients to understand their requirements, and coordinating with experts to facilitate knowledge sharing. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that clients receive timely and relevant information, which will help them navigate complex business landscapes. Your ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines will be essential in this communications-intensive frontline role.
