Vaco is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead strategic IT solutions and staffing projects. You'll collaborate with recruiters to fulfill high-caliber positions in technology. This role requires strong sales leadership and experience in the IT sector.

You are an experienced sales leader with a proven track record in business development, particularly in the technology sector. With a strong understanding of IT solutions, you excel in building relationships and driving sales strategies that meet client needs. Your ability to prospect and establish client relationships is second to none, and you are adept at navigating complex sales cycles. Desirable

Experience in staffing and consulting projects is a plus, as is familiarity with roles such as Application Developers and Project Managers. What you'll do

As the Director of Business Development, you will lead efforts to sell complex IT solutions and staffing projects in your local market. You will work closely with high-caliber recruiters to fulfill exciting project and direct-hire positions in information technology. Your responsibilities will include conducting prospecting activities, establishing client visits, and actively developing and maintaining a target account list.
