Your communication skills enable you to interact efficiently with dealers and suppliers, ensuring that all parts needs are met promptly. You are detail-oriented and capable of managing parts returns and general inventory with precision. You are also familiar with the reconciliation and recording of payments for parts, ensuring that all transactions are handled accurately.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Parts Associate at Carvana, you will play a crucial role in managing our inventory of automotive parts. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing and ordering complex automotive parts, ensuring that our inventory is well-stocked and organized. You will also manage parts returns and oversee general inventory tasks, maintaining accurate records of all transactions. Communication with dealers and suppliers will be a key part of your role, as you will need to coordinate orders and resolve any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for the reconciliation and recording of payments for parts, ensuring that all financial aspects are handled efficiently.

You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing advanced tools and technologies to streamline operations. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of our parts management process, helping Carvana maintain its reputation as the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history.
