As a Level 1 Technical Support Engineer at Vonage, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our rapidly growing customer base. You will triage support requests received via email, phone, and chat, ensuring that each customer issue receives the appropriate attention. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate ticket resolution, providing customers with lightning-fast response and resolution times.
