What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and deliver comprehensive training materials on customs entry processes and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with the Flexport Customs Compliance team to create educational resources, including process guides, work instructions, and system tutorials. Conducting onboarding sessions for new team members will be a key responsibility, ensuring they understand customs brokerage fundamentals. You will support continuous learning initiatives by facilitating workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions across operational teams. Your role will also involve staying updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to enhance training content and delivery.
