HubSpot is hiring a Small Business Account Executive to drive sales in the Nordics region. You'll utilize inbound selling strategies and work with small and mid-sized businesses to help them grow using HubSpot software. This role requires strong sales skills and experience in account management.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in an account executive role, where you've successfully closed new business and nurtured relationships with clients. Your experience includes working with small and mid-sized businesses, allowing you to understand their unique challenges and how to address them effectively. You are comfortable using inbound selling strategies and have a knack for identifying opportunities that align with customer needs. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to run engaging online demos and articulate the value of HubSpot's offerings clearly. You thrive in a remote work environment and are self-motivated, capable of managing your time and tasks efficiently.

Desirable

Experience with HubSpot software is a plus, as it will allow you to leverage the platform's capabilities to better serve your clients. Familiarity with the Nordics market and its business culture will also be beneficial in building rapport with prospects. You are adaptable and open to learning new sales techniques and strategies as HubSpot evolves its offerings.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the Nordics region, utilizing inbound leads as well as your own research to create effective outreach strategies. You will conduct online demos of HubSpot software, showcasing its features and benefits to prospective customers. Your goal will be to consistently close new business at or above quota levels, contributing to the overall success of the sales team. Building and nurturing relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders will be key to your success, as you aim to grow new business opportunities.
