You are an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant with a proven track record of supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment. You excel at managing complex calendars and coordinating travel arrangements, ensuring that everything runs smoothly for the executives you support. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively. You possess exceptional communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships across the organization and with external partners. You are resourceful and proactive, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance efficiency in your role. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to up to three leaders within the Meta leadership team. Your responsibilities will include managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel plans to ensure that executives can focus on their strategic priorities. You will act as a liaison between the leaders and other team members, facilitating communication and ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned. You will also be responsible for preparing materials for meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. Your role will require you to be adaptable and responsive to changing priorities, as you will be working in a dynamic environment where the needs of the leaders may shift frequently.
