What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Ivalua, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers successfully adopt and utilize the Ivalua platform post-implementation. You will act as the primary point of contact for your assigned customers, guiding them through their journey and addressing any challenges they may face. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and objectives, helping them to leverage the platform to its fullest potential.
