Job Description

Location : Noida /Bangalore (Hybrid )

Role Overview 

The role requires designing solutions as per the architecture, ability to refine business requirements, have an inquisitive mindset responsible for the writing and delivering code that is performant, scalable, secure, and is observable through metrics and logs.

  • Understanding 3rd party APIs (REST, SOAP and GRPC)
  • Be able to create APIs for consumption over HTTP
  • Mentor leads & developers on the team, set the right expectations around code quality and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
  • Drive end-to-end software development, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Design and architect scalable and robust full-stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and front-end frameworks.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Implement and promote best practices in software engineering, including coding standards, design patterns, and DevOps principles.
  • Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where relevant.
  • Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables in an agile development environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java Fullstack development.
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Proficiency in databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git, Jenkins).
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and managing high-performing engineering teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with performance tuning and optimization.
  • Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
