Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in technical program management, ideally within cloud infrastructure or hardware engineering. Your background includes working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. You possess strong analytical skills and a customer-focused mindset, enabling you to identify and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You are adept at managing multiple priorities and thrive in a collaborative environment, where you can leverage your communication skills to align stakeholders and drive project success.

Desirable

Experience with cloud technologies and infrastructure is a plus, as is familiarity with hardware manufacturing processes. You have a proven track record of improving planning processes and quality metrics in previous roles. Your ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations sets you apart as a leader in your field.

What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Microsoft, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of projects within the Silicon, Cloud Hardware, and Infrastructure Engineering team. You will work closely with engineering teams to define operational measures of success and ensure that new offerings are deployed efficiently and effectively.
