Fivetran is seeking a Lead Support Account Manager to provide high-touch support to strategic Premium customers. You'll blend technical understanding with relationship management to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills and experience in customer support.
You are an experienced, customer-centric Lead Support Account Manager with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to Premium customers. You have a deep technical understanding of data solutions and can effectively communicate complex concepts to clients. Your relationship management skills are top-notch, allowing you to build trust and rapport with key stakeholders. You thrive under pressure and possess strong judgment, ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and accurately. Your ability to collaborate across multiple teams, including Support, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success, is essential for driving customer satisfaction and contract renewals. You are detail-oriented and committed to following through on customer requests, ensuring they receive maximum value from Fivetran's services.
Experience in a technical support role or account management within the data or technology sector is a plus. Familiarity with data warehousing and analytics tools will enhance your ability to serve customers effectively. A proactive approach to identifying process improvements and advocating for customer needs will set you apart in this role.
In this role, you will serve as the primary support advocate for Fivetran's most strategic Premium customers, ensuring they receive high-touch, white-glove service. You will manage the end-to-end support experience, handling cases, escalations, and proactive health reviews. Your role will involve providing data-driven insights to customers, helping them maximize the value of Fivetran's solutions. You will communicate regularly with executive-level stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and engaged with the support process. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape and mature Fivetran's Premium Support program, driving process improvements and customer advocacy.
