You have a strong background in marketing, particularly in field marketing, with experience in executing regional programs that resonate with local audiences. You are detail-oriented and excel in managing event logistics, ensuring that every aspect of an event runs smoothly. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with sales teams, coordinating efforts to maximize impact and engagement. You are comfortable with both in-person and virtual events, adapting your approach to meet the needs of diverse audiences. You have a knack for creating compelling event assets that capture attention and drive participation. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to maintain project timelines and documentation with ease. You are proactive in exploring new technologies and tools that enhance attendee experiences and improve program effectiveness.

What you'll do

In this role, you will execute event logistics for regional in-person and virtual programs in France, ensuring that all details are meticulously planned and executed. You will support the execution of field marketing programs, coordinating timelines and aligning activities across various marketing teams. Your responsibilities will include managing third-party event sponsorships, coordinating booth setups, and preparing materials for on-site execution. You will handle event invitations, registration management, and attendee communications, working closely with sales teams to ensure a seamless experience. Additionally, you will assist in speaker coordination, testimonial collection, and preparation for customer panels. You will manage relationships with event vendors, overseeing venue coordination, catering, and production details to ensure professional execution. Your role will also involve creating event assets, including signage and promotional materials tailored for French audiences. You will maintain event calendars and project documentation, ensuring that all activities are well-organized and communicated effectively. You will explore and implement new event technologies and platforms to enhance the overall attendee experience and program effectiveness.
