Overview

HubSpot is hiring a Principal Solutions Engineer to partner with the sales organization and drive the execution of prospective deals. You'll leverage your technical knowledge to deliver value-driven solutions to customers. This role requires 6+ years of experience in a technical consultant or sales role.

Who you are

You have over 6 years of experience in a PreSales or technical consultant role, demonstrating your ability to understand customer challenges and deliver technical value that aligns with their business goals. Your fluency in spoken and written English allows you to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including sales reps, partners, and customers. You are open to admitting mistakes and view actionable feedback as a valuable opportunity for growth. Collaboration is key for you, and you thrive in environments where you can work closely with different teams to achieve common objectives. You possess a strong desire to develop yourself and others, often taking on the role of coaching and mentoring less experienced team members.

Desirable

Experience working with internal teams and external customers is a plus, as it enhances your ability to navigate complex situations and provide tailored solutions. You understand the importance of building and maintaining relationships, which is crucial in a role that requires you to partner seamlessly with the sales organization. Your proactive approach to learning about HubSpot products will enable you to propose better solutions that resonate with customer needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the execution of prospective and expansive deals by leveraging your technical expertise.
