Tekion is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage dealership accounts and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of the automotive industry and the Tekion platform.
You have a strong background in customer success and account management, ideally with experience in the automotive industry. You understand the unique challenges and opportunities within this sector and are adept at building and nurturing relationships with clients. Your ability to advocate for customers and understand their needs is key to your success in this role. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys tackling challenges and pushing boundaries to ensure customer satisfaction. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering transformational products that enhance customer experiences.
Experience with CRM systems and a solid understanding of cloud-native platforms will be beneficial. Familiarity with big data, machine learning, and AI technologies is a plus, as these are integral to Tekion's offerings. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
As a Customer Success Manager at Tekion, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned dealership accounts, building and nurturing strong relationships.
