Zscaler is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive product innovation and manage the development of their cloud-native Zero Trust Exchange platform. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to enhance cybersecurity solutions for customers.
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the cybersecurity or technology sectors. You are a champion of innovation, capable of translating complex challenges into actionable product strategies that align with customer needs. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that product development is aligned with business goals. You thrive in environments that value transparency and constructive debate, and you are driven by a purpose to make a positive impact on a global scale.
You possess a strong understanding of cloud security and the Zero Trust model, enabling you to contribute meaningfully to product discussions and decisions. Your analytical mindset helps you leverage data to inform product direction and prioritize features that deliver maximum value to users. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can adapt quickly to changing market conditions and customer feedback.
Experience with agile methodologies and familiarity with tools such as Jira or Asana would be beneficial. A background in cybersecurity or experience working with cloud-native technologies will set you apart. You are also encouraged to bring any unique perspectives or experiences that could enhance the team’s approach to product management.
As a Senior Product Manager at Zscaler, you will own the product roadmap for our Zero Trust Exchange platform, driving the vision and strategy for new features and enhancements. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights and validate product concepts, as well as defining success metrics to measure the impact of your initiatives.
You will lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you present product updates and strategies to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
In addition to managing the product lifecycle, you will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth. You will foster a culture of innovation within the product team, encouraging team members to share ideas and collaborate on solutions that enhance our product offerings.
