What you'll do

In your role as Security Lead, you will be responsible for supervising the Safe & Secure Associates at Carvana's headquarters. You will oversee their day-to-day activities, ensuring that they adhere to established security protocols and procedures. Your leadership will be crucial in training and coaching team members to uphold a high level of performance. You will act as a representative of Carvana in routine meetings and day-to-day activities, collaborating with various stakeholders to address security concerns. Additionally, you will execute programs and processes designed to protect team members and assets, contributing to a safe and secure workplace. Your role will involve assessing security risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that Carvana remains a leader in safety and security within the industry.
