Key job responsibilities
We are looking for a Change Management and Transformation professional who will:

Sales Enablement Strategy. Develop and implement comprehensive sales enablement transformation strategies that align with business goals and drives sales performance. Collaborate with sales leadership to identify gaps in sales processes and recommend solutions.

Sales Transformation and Continuous Improvement. Recommend programs, workshops, and upskilling opportunities to improve the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Create and maintain sales plays, playbooks, first call materials, and other sales-facing resources. Cross-collaborate with teams to drive change initiatives to drive sales improvements.

Change Management, Technology, and Tools. Evaluate, implement, and manage sales enablement tools and technologies to support the sales team. Ensure the sales team is effectively utilizing sales tools. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales enablement initiatives.

The preferred location for this position is Arlington, VA (HQ2) or Seattle, WA (HQ). - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in business-process design or equivalent- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $120,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
