Tecovas is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to enhance customer experience and manage store operations. You'll support team development and ensure a compelling in-store environment. This role requires strong leadership and customer service skills.
You have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You understand the importance of cultivating genuine connections with customers and can demonstrate extraordinary service that reflects the company's values. You possess the ability to implement processes that enhance customer service in an omni-channel business model. You are skilled in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent, and you support the Store Manager in creating a succession strategy that ensures the store's long-term success. You are an effective communicator who fosters teamwork and collaboration among your team members.
In this role, you will support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring a profitable and customer-centric environment. You will cultivate an environment of genuine customer connection, demonstrating extraordinary service and acting as a brand ambassador. You will facilitate an energized pace and a positive service environment while providing real-time feedback, coaching, and training to team members. You will also be responsible for delivering world-class training to new hires and ensuring they complete their training paths in a timely manner. Regular check-ins with the Tecovas HQ Retail Training team will be part of your responsibilities to monitor team progress and suggest improvements. You will play a key role in maintaining a seamless balance between operational, visual, and customer priorities, ensuring that the store meets its goals and objectives.
