As a Sales Administrator at Minitab, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales and Revenue Operations teams. You will manage and maintain the regional Sales email inbox, ensuring timely and professional communication with internal teams, customers, and prospects. Your responsibilities will include updating and maintaining accurate customer account information, such as billing, shipping, and contact details. You will also resolve bounce-back email issues and drive ongoing CRM data quality and cleanup efforts. Collaborating closely with Customer Order Management and Finance, you will clarify orders and ensure complete documentation to facilitate efficient transaction processing. Additionally, you will support ad-hoc regional tasks and administrative needs as they arise, contributing to the overall success of the sales organization.
