What you'll do

As the Senior Safety Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing Rowan's safety programs across multiple data center sites in the western region. You will lead safety initiatives that ensure the well-being of all employees and contractors involved in construction and operational activities. Your role will involve close collaboration with engineering and construction teams to develop and enforce safety protocols that align with industry standards. You will conduct regular safety audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, you will provide training and resources to staff to promote a culture of safety within the organization. Your strategic oversight will help to mitigate risks and enhance the overall safety performance of Rowan's operations.
