What you'll do

As a Compliance Associate at Guidepoint, you will provide initial and ongoing training for client interfacing employees, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle compliance-related inquiries. You will respond to daily questions from our sales and service teams, acting as a key resource for compliance guidance. Conducting compliance portal overviews for prospective and existing clients will be part of your responsibilities, helping to implement client-related protocols into our proprietary database. Additionally, you will assist our technology team in implementing compliance-related controls, contributing to the overall integrity of our compliance program.
