You are an experienced leader with a proven track record in account management, ideally with 5+ years in a similar role. You have a strong ability to build, mentor, and coach teams, fostering an environment where creativity and collaboration thrive. Your experience includes strategic account planning and contract negotiations, allowing you to provide valuable insights and guidance to your team. You are comfortable engaging with executives at all levels, ensuring that your team aligns with the broader business objectives. You understand the importance of cultivating relationships and driving payments revenue through effective team operations.

Desirable

Experience in the financial technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with payment solutions and merchant relationships. You are adept at identifying training needs within your team and are committed to their professional development. Your leadership style encourages open communication and collaboration, making you a respected figure among your peers and team members.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Account Management team at Adyen, focusing on growing strategic merchant relationships. You will motivate your team members, encouraging them to think creatively while also understanding their training needs. Your responsibilities will include providing coaching in areas such as strategic account planning, contract negotiations, and product roadmap discussions. You will serve as a senior stakeholder, offering strategic and consultative advice to influence and fulfill the global payments strategy.
