Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, demonstrating a strong ability to design and implement scalable, multi-tenant backend services and APIs. Your expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript allows you to create robust applications that meet user needs effectively. You are familiar with databases like MongoDB and have experience working with GraphQL to optimize data retrieval and management. Your knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, and Lambda, enables you to deploy and manage applications in the cloud efficiently. You are also comfortable with message brokers like Kafka, which helps you build responsive and scalable systems.

You thrive in a remote-first environment and value collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Data Engineering. You believe in the importance of customer experience and long-term trust, and you prioritize delivering high-quality solutions quickly. Your growth mindset drives you to explore emerging technologies, particularly in AI, and how they can enhance creativity and impact in your work.

What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at G2i Inc., you will join a remote-first team dedicated to building an AI-native Digital Experience Platform. You will design and implement scalable backend services that power our core dashboard and hosting infrastructure. Collaborating closely with Product and Design teams, you will create intuitive features that enhance user experience and drive business success. Your role will involve integrating new capabilities into existing systems and ensuring that our applications are robust and efficient.

You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our products, as you work to optimize performance and reliability. You will participate in code reviews, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the codebase remains maintainable and scalable.
