Guidepoint is hiring a Client Service Intern to support the Client Service team in connecting clients with subject-matter experts. This role requires strong communication skills in Japanese and English and offers hands-on training and mentorship.
You are a motivated individual eager to learn about various industry sectors and develop your communication and interpersonal skills. You thrive in a team-oriented environment and are committed to delivering excellent results for clients. Your ability to communicate fluently in both Japanese and English will be essential in connecting with experts globally. You are open to feedback and willing to adapt to the fast-paced nature of client service.
As a Client Service Intern at Guidepoint, you will work closely with Associates, Research Managers, and Project Managers to support the delivery of multiple projects across different industries. Your primary responsibility will be to understand each client’s specific research needs and connect them with the right experts. You will engage in communication with experts globally, ensuring that you recruit ahead of the curve based on client interests. This internship will provide you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your project management and customer service skills.
Guidepoint offers a paid, 3-month internship program with the possibility of extensions based on your performance. You will receive formal training and mentorship designed to cultivate a skill set that will be invaluable throughout your career.
