Carvana is seeking a Brake and Tire Auto Technician to perform light maintenance and repairs, including changing brakes and tires. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive repair experience and offers competitive wages and benefits.
You have at least 1 year of professional automotive repair experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail space. As a Brake & Tire Technician, you are comfortable performing light maintenance and repairs, including changing brakes and tires. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when necessary. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.
While not required, any additional certifications or training in automotive repair will be considered a plus. You are open to learning and growing your skills through training programs offered by Carvana.
In this role, you will perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles, focusing on brake pads, calipers, rotors, tire installations, and wheel alignments. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers to ensure that vehicles meet safety and performance standards. You will work closely with other technicians and team members to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure timely service delivery to customers. Your responsibilities will also include keeping accurate records of services performed and communicating effectively with customers regarding their vehicle needs.
