Staff Software Engineer - Back End (Gurugram based)

Who you are

You have 5+ years of backend engineering experience, building scalable production systems that handle high traffic and complex business logic. You understand the intricacies of designing and deploying services that are resilient and efficient, and you have a track record of debugging and optimizing distributed systems.

Your expertise lies in modern programming languages such as Scala and Go, and you have a strong grasp of building APIs that are both robust and performant. You are familiar with state-of-the-art data technologies like Kafka, which you have used to manage real-time data streams effectively.

You are well-versed in CI/CD practices and understand the importance of automated testing and deployment in maintaining system reliability. You thrive in environments where you can implement best practices for continuous integration and delivery, ensuring that releases happen smoothly and without downtime.

You have experience working in agile development teams, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality software. Your communication skills enable you to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable

What you'll do
