You have a strong background in project management, particularly in network infrastructure, with at least 5 years of experience in managing complex projects. You excel at translating business and engineering requirements into actionable plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. Your ability to manage vendors and coordinate with various teams is key to your success in this role. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for maintaining quality while adhering to budget and schedule constraints. You understand the importance of building resilient and scalable digital infrastructure, and you are passionate about contributing to the mission of autonomous technology. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site collaboration with remote flexibility.
Experience with network engineering or infrastructure management is a plus, as is familiarity with autonomous driving technology. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on project goals. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders alike.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end planning and delivery of network build-outs across Waymo's sites, offices, and data centers. You will develop Engineering Design Plans (EDPs) and technical project plans that outline key milestones and responsibilities. Collaborating closely with network engineers, construction teams, and integrators, you will ensure that all aspects of the project are executed smoothly. You will be responsible for managing the project scope, schedule, budget, and quality, making adjustments as necessary to meet project objectives. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback, ensuring that everyone is aligned on project progress. You will also be tasked with identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. As part of the Digital Transformation Services team, you will contribute to building a resilient and intelligent digital infrastructure that supports Waymo's mission.
Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $158,000—$200,000 USD, along with eligibility for an annual bonus program and equity incentive plan.
