SoFi is seeking a Senior Strategy Analyst to own fraud prevention strategies for credit card transactions. You'll perform data analytics and work with external vendors to optimize fraud prevention efforts. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in data synthesis.
You have a strong background in data analytics, with experience in synthesizing complex datasets to drive business decisions. Your analytical skills enable you to understand aggregate performance metrics and granular decision-making processes, particularly in fraud prevention. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business operations and product teams, to implement effective strategies. You have a proven track record of developing data-driven rules that balance user experience with fraud prevention. Your experience working with external vendors to enhance performance is a key asset in this role. You are adaptable and open to part-time telecommuting options, demonstrating flexibility in your work approach.
In this role, you will take ownership of the card transaction fraud prevention strategies, ensuring that the credit card business minimizes fraud losses effectively. You will perform detailed data analytics to support these strategies, aggregating and synthesizing data from multiple environments to inform your decisions. Your analysis will focus on understanding the performance of fraud decisioning methods, allowing you to develop new rules that optimize both member experience and fraud prevention. You will collaborate closely with external fraud prevention vendors to enhance their performance and integrate new features into the business operations. Your role will involve continuous analysis of complex datasets to refine decision-making processes and improve overall fraud prevention strategies. You will work with various teams to implement these strategies, ensuring that they align with the company's goals and values.
