With at least 5 years of experience in sales, you understand the nuances of the enterprise sales cycle and have successfully driven revenue growth in previous roles. You are data-driven and strategic, capable of analyzing market trends and customer needs to inform your sales strategies. Your experience in the tech industry, particularly with SaaS products, gives you a competitive edge in understanding customer pain points and how to address them effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

As the Director of Enterprise Sales at Box, you will lead a team of up to 8 Account Executives, focusing on driving sales within the East region. You will work closely with your team to identify key enterprise accounts, build relationships, and close deals that drive revenue growth.

Box offers a competitive salary range of $331,500—$415,000 USD, along with equity and comprehensive benefits.
