You excel in developing high-performing teams through a hands-on, people-first approach, fostering engagement and accountability. Your ability to define and execute a comprehensive maintenance and reliability roadmap is complemented by your commitment to operational excellence and safety.

You have a deep understanding of automation and manufacturing systems, as well as site infrastructure, ensuring compliance and reliability across a multi-site network. Your leadership style emphasizes continuous improvement and talent development, allowing you to cultivate a culture of accountability and engagement within your organization.

Desirable

Experience managing large-scale maintenance operations across multiple sites is a plus. Familiarity with compliance regulations and safety standards in the manufacturing sector will enhance your candidacy. A background in project management and vendor management will also be beneficial as you oversee outside vendors and facilitate repairs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide executive oversight of maintenance and reliability operations across North America, ensuring that consistent standards are met across all business verticals. You will lead and develop a distributed organization of Associate Directors, senior managers, and technical teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include managing key strategic projects and supporting building-level initiatives, ensuring that maintenance regulations are followed and identifying areas for improvement.

You will collaborate closely with senior leaders across the Operations organization to define and evolve the maintenance and reliability roadmap, establishing best practices and driving operational excellence. Your hands-on leadership will empower your teams to engage in problem-solving and brainstorm innovative strategies for fulfillment and efficiency.
