Belong is seeking a Customer Support representative to provide exceptional service to residents and homeowners. You'll be the voice of Belong, helping to resolve inquiries and build trust through every interaction. This role requires 1+ years of customer service experience.

With at least 1 year of experience in customer service, you understand the importance of creating trust through every interaction. You take ownership of your responsibilities and follow through to ensure a high-quality experience for residents and homeowners. Your empathetic communication style allows you to navigate inquiries and resolve issues effectively, making you a vital touchpoint for our community.
