TaxBit is seeking a Head of Customer Success to manage and grow teams focused on enterprise customer relationships in the Regulation Technology space. You'll be accountable for customer outcomes such as retention and satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills.
You have a proven track record in customer success leadership, ideally within a SaaS environment, where you've managed teams that drive customer satisfaction and retention. Your experience includes working closely with enterprise clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they realize the full value of the product. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, to create a seamless customer experience. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess customer health metrics and implement strategies for improvement. You are passionate about customer advocacy and have a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape affecting digital assets. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating complex challenges.
Experience in the Regulation Technology space or familiarity with digital assets would be a significant advantage. You have a background in finance or accounting, which helps you understand the unique challenges faced by clients in this sector. You are skilled in using customer success tools and platforms to track engagement and outcomes.
