You have extensive experience in sales enablement, ideally with a background in SaaS, and a proven track record of supporting sales teams to achieve their goals. You excel in strategic alignment and stakeholder management, effectively communicating and collaborating with diverse teams to drive business outcomes. Your ability to design and manage comprehensive learning journeys for sales professionals demonstrates your commitment to their ongoing development and success. You understand the importance of creating equitable and impactful learning experiences that resonate with sales teams in various regions or segments. You are adaptable and can balance global program delivery with local needs, ensuring that enablement strategies are effectively implemented in the field. In this role, you will partner closely with sales leadership to align and prioritize key enablement objectives that directly impact sales performance.
