MongoDB is seeking a Technical Enablement Manager to lead the strategy and execution of technical enablement programs for Customer Success Managers. You'll focus on enhancing the technical skills of the CS team and optimizing onboarding processes. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills.
You have a strong background in technical enablement and customer success, ideally with experience in managing enablement programs that enhance team capabilities. You possess a deep understanding of MongoDB's core architecture and can adapt your knowledge as the product evolves to support various use cases. Your ability to strategize and prioritize technical enablement workstreams independently is complemented by your collaborative spirit, allowing you to work effectively with leaders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and PMM. You are skilled at anticipating blockers in technical readiness and translating field insights into actionable solutions. Your passion for learning and teaching enables you to create engaging and effective onboarding materials that resonate with Customer Success Managers.
Experience in a technical role within customer success or enablement is a plus. Familiarity with technical content creation and training methodologies will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. You are proactive in maintaining and evolving technical resources, ensuring that the CS team is always equipped with the latest information and tools to excel in their roles.
In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of technical enablement programs for Customer Success Managers, ensuring they are well-equipped to engage with customers effectively. You will strategize with leaders across various functions to identify and prioritize technical enablement workstreams that align with MongoDB’s growth. Your responsibilities will include managing priorities for technical enablement independently while contributing to broader enablement planning. You will technically upskill the CS team on MongoDB's product portfolio by optimizing existing content and creating novel enablement materials, including technical content for new hire onboarding. You will also anticipate blockers in technical readiness and translate field insights into solutions, maintaining and evolving technical resources to support the team. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally to plan and coordinate deliverables from Product and PMM on upcoming releases, proactively showcasing new products and capabilities to CSMs. Your role will involve spearheading the rollout and implementation of comprehensive enablement programs and communications to empower the team with the latest knowledge and skills.
MongoDB offers a competitive salary range for this role in the U.S. of $76,000—$149,000 USD, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, a 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, and access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage.
