Samsara is seeking a Senior Manager for Go-to-Market Onboarding to lead onboarding programs for Sales, Customer Success, and Renewals teams. This role requires strategic partnership with leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and onboarding effectiveness.
You have a proven track record in leading onboarding programs, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. With 5+ years of experience in customer success or sales enablement, you understand the nuances of onboarding new hires and the importance of equipping them with the right tools and knowledge to succeed. You excel in building relationships with cross-functional teams and have a knack for operationalizing processes that enhance productivity. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive results. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping others succeed. You believe in the power of data and metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve onboarding experiences.
Experience in a high-growth startup or technology company is a plus. Familiarity with sales processes and customer success metrics will help you thrive in this role. You are adept at using various tools and platforms to streamline onboarding processes and track progress.
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of Samsara’s onboarding programs for Sales, Customer Success, and Renewals teams. You will collaborate closely with GTM leadership to define the onboarding strategy and ensure alignment with company goals. Your responsibilities will include designing training materials, facilitating onboarding sessions, and continuously assessing the effectiveness of the programs. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to the onboarding process. Your goal is to accelerate time to productivity for new hires, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to deliver exceptional results. You will also analyze onboarding metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven recommendations to enhance the onboarding experience.
