BeyondTrust is seeking a Global VP Sales for their Entitle product in Cloud Identity Security. You'll lead the go-to-market strategy and manage a high-performing sales team. This role requires strong leadership and sales experience in cybersecurity.
You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in the cybersecurity sector, with a focus on building and managing high-performing teams. Your experience includes developing go-to-market strategies that drive business growth and expand market presence. You understand the complexities of privileged access management and are passionate about helping organizations secure their sensitive resources. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively across teams and inspire your sales team to achieve their targets. You are adept at identifying and nurturing talent, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet the challenges of a competitive market.
Experience in SaaS sales, particularly in identity security or related fields, is a plus. Familiarity with the AMER and EUR markets will enhance your ability to drive success in this role. A strong network within the cybersecurity industry can also be beneficial as you seek to expand BeyondTrust's reach.
As the Global VP Sales for Entitle, you will lead the development and execution of the global go-to-market strategy, focusing initially on the AMER and EUR markets. You will be responsible for building and managing a sales team dedicated to driving new business growth and expanding BeyondTrust's presence in the identity security space. Your leadership will ensure that customers benefit from streamlined entitlement processes and improved compliance, while also protecting existing customer relationships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales execution and customer success, identifying new opportunities to deliver Entitle’s unique value proposition across key accounts. You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and oversee a team of nine sellers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
