Smartsheet is seeking a Senior Commissions Analyst to manage commissions processing and analysis. You'll work on building tools for efficiency and accuracy in commission payments. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in commissions management.
You have a strong background in commissions analysis and reporting, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to manage complex data sets effectively. Your experience includes mastering commission reconciliation processes and developing automation solutions to enhance accuracy and efficiency. You are comfortable managing user roles and security procedures within commission systems, ensuring strict adherence to audit controls. You continuously monitor data quality and perform regular data cleansing to maintain the integrity of the database. You are proactive in identifying and resolving discrepancies, ensuring timely completion of monthly audit processes.
Experience with Smartsheet or similar tools is a plus, as is familiarity with sales compensation structures. You have a knack for building tools that streamline processes and improve user experience. Your communication skills enable you to provide front-line user support effectively, assisting colleagues with any issues related to commission systems.
In this role, you will take ownership of the commission reconciliation and analysis process, ensuring that all commissions are processed accurately and on time. You will build and implement tools and solutions that increase the efficiency of commission payments, allowing for a smoother workflow. You will manage user roles, profiles, and security procedures within the commission system, following strict audit controls to maintain compliance. Your responsibilities will include continuously monitoring data quality, managing and editing records, and performing regular data cleansing to eliminate duplicates. You will also be responsible for completing monthly audit processes accurately and on time, ensuring that all financial data is reliable and up to date.
