Senior Engineer, Coupa & P2P Processes

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in engineering, particularly with a focus on procurement and finance systems. Your expertise in Coupa and Procure-to-Pay processes makes you a subject matter expert, and you are adept at optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency and compliance. You have a strong technical background and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Procurement, and Technology. Your ability to analyze current workflows and re-architect processes for scalability is a key strength. You are skilled in managing system enhancements and ensuring data integrity across various platforms.

Desirable

Experience with integrations between Coupa and core financial systems such as NetSuite, Concur, and HRIS is a plus. Familiarity with automation tools and techniques to streamline manual processes will set you apart. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and have a track record of implementing successful workflow simplifications.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the design, configuration, administration, and support of Coupa as the primary Procure-to-Pay system. You will partner with business stakeholders to analyze existing workflows and re-architect them for improved efficiency and compliance. Your responsibilities will include managing system enhancements, upgrades, and new feature deployments to align with evolving business needs. You will also identify opportunities to automate manual processes across requisition, PO management, invoice processing, and approvals, implementing workflow simplifications that reduce cycle times and improve compliance.

You will define and monitor system KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness and track improvements. Additionally, you will oversee integrations between Coupa and core financial systems, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and reconciliation across procurement and finance systems. Collaborating with integration teams, you will work with APIs, middleware, and ETL tools to ensure seamless data flow and system functionality.
