What you'll do

As a Staff Fullstack Software Engineer at TripActions, you will be responsible for securing Navan products by identifying unaddressed areas of weakness and driving scalable solutions that enhance our defense-in-depth strategy. You will design and develop core services related to authentication, authorization, and encryption, ensuring that our products meet the highest security standards. Your role will involve collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to integrate security by design into the software development lifecycle. You will conduct research to stay ahead of emerging security threats and implement frameworks that protect our customers effectively.

You will also be tasked with upgrading the security of the current Navan platform, balancing the needs of various customer personas and use cases. Your ability to break down prior technical implementations will be crucial as you work to deliver meaningful security enhancements. You will serve as a liaison between the engineering and security organizations, fostering strong partnerships that accelerate the release of secure software. Your contributions will significantly impact the continuous security of Navan's customer-facing products and internal tools.
