KnowBe4 is hiring a Renewal Specialist (SMB) to manage customer renewals and coordinate with Customer Success Managers. This role is based in Singapore and requires fluency in Thai or Bahasa.
You are a detail-oriented professional with experience in customer success or account management, particularly in the SMB sector. You possess strong communication skills and are fluent in either Thai or Bahasa, enabling you to effectively engage with a diverse customer base. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to providing exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively allows you to handle a portfolio of customers with ease. You understand the importance of building long-term relationships and are skilled at identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within your assigned accounts.
Experience in the cybersecurity industry or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with renewal processes and pricing strategies. You are comfortable using CRM tools to track customer interactions and manage opportunities. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn about the company's products and services will set you apart in this role.
As a Renewal Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all opportunities within your assigned customer portfolio. This includes coordinating with SMB Customer Success Managers to provide accurate pricing quotes for renewals and ensuring that all opportunities are closed efficiently. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns they may have regarding their renewals. Your role will involve analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, as well as collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience. You will also participate in regular meetings with the sales and customer success teams to align on strategies and share insights.
