Overview

Zapier is seeking a Senior Revenue Enablement Specialist to create effective learning experiences for their GTM teams. You'll leverage automation and AI tools to enhance onboarding and enablement programs. This role requires strong communication skills and experience in program management.

Who you are

You have a strong background in revenue enablement, with at least 5 years of experience in creating impactful learning experiences for go-to-market teams. Your expertise in using tools like Salesforce and SQL allows you to analyze data effectively and drive decisions that enhance team performance. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and convey complex concepts clearly. Your curiosity and creativity drive you to explore innovative solutions, particularly in leveraging automation and AI to streamline learning processes. You are comfortable facilitating training sessions and have a knack for building engaging onboarding programs that help new hires ramp up quickly.

Desirable

Experience with program management and a proven track record of developing scalable systems for training and enablement. Familiarity with AI tools and their application in learning environments is a plus, as is a background in sales or customer success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and lead onboarding programs that equip our Sales, Success, and Solutions teams with the knowledge and skills they need to excel. You will partner with the Sr. Revenue Enablement Manager to develop and implement key enablement initiatives that support ongoing learning and growth. Your responsibilities will include creating repeatable workflows that enhance team performance and collaborating with product teams to ensure that enablement materials are up-to-date and relevant. You will also analyze the effectiveness of training programs and continuously seek ways to improve them based on feedback and performance metrics. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a culture of learning and development within the organization, ensuring that our teams are informed, confident, and ready to perform at their best.
