What you'll do

As the Talent Operations Manager, you will lead a high-performing team of HR Operations professionals, providing strategic guidance and development opportunities. You will oversee the employee life cycle, managing data related to onboarding, role changes, performance reviews, and offboarding. Your role will involve developing and implementing processes that ensure a seamless and positive employee experience. Additionally, you will manage the HR Help Desk, providing support and assistance to employees, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
