Everlaw is seeking a Partner Development Director to lead the strategic partner business expansion in the legal tech services industry. You'll drive the development of channel partnerships and negotiate new partnership models. This role requires extensive partner-led business development experience.
You have a proven track record in business development, particularly in the legal tech services industry, with a focus on building and managing strategic partnerships. Your expertise in developing and negotiating partnership models is complemented by your ability to think strategically about business expansion. You are systematic and deal-focused, with a knack for structuring and closing deals that drive long-term success. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are skilled at working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Your experience includes working with various types of partners, such as managed service providers and alternative legal service providers, which gives you a comprehensive understanding of the legal services landscape. You are adaptable and open to new ideas, always looking for innovative ways to enhance partnership strategies.
Experience in international business development is a plus, as you will play a key role in shaping Everlaw's global expansion strategy. Familiarity with the legal tech ecosystem and a network of contacts within the industry will be advantageous. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can navigate complex negotiations with ease. A background in technology or software solutions will help you understand the products and services you will be promoting through partnerships.
