What you'll do

As a Space & Occupancy Planner at Netflix, you will be responsible for planning and analyzing existing and future corporate locations within the UCAN region, focusing primarily on Los Angeles. You will lead the development of space programming for new Netflix spaces, ensuring that the design aligns with the company's growth and operational needs. Your role will involve liaising with various stakeholders to understand their spatial requirements and validate yearly headcount projections. You will track changes in workplace occupancy and provide insights that inform strategic decisions regarding Netflix's real estate portfolio. Collaboration with the global Portfolio Management team will be essential as you work to implement effective spatial solutions that support Netflix's rapid growth.
