What you'll do

As a Member Loyalty Representative at Oportun, your primary focus will be to create and generate a rewarding member service experience. You will engage with members to understand their financial goals and provide them with the support they need to achieve those goals. Your role will involve answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that members feel valued and heard. You will work closely with your team to uphold Oportun's mission of delivering affordable credit to those left out of the financial mainstream. You will also participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge about Oportun's products and services, enabling you to better assist members.
