What you'll do

As a Staffing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the high-volume hiring process. You will set up, execute, and break down New Hiring Events (NHE) and New Hire Orientations (NHO), ensuring that all activities run smoothly. You will coordinate with Staffing Coordinators and other team members to develop and implement strategies that support staffing efforts in your designated geography. Your responsibilities will include managing logistics for hiring events, tracking candidate progress, and providing administrative support throughout the staffing process. You will also assist in creating a welcoming environment for new hires, helping them feel valued and engaged from day one.
